Payment providers
Configure Stripe and PayPal for online booking payment.
Route: /dashboard/platform/payment-providers. Needs canManagePayments; saving also needs canManageIntegrations (configureHotelPaymentProvider).

Enter credentials
Open a provider, enter its keys and webhook secret, and enable it. Secrets are encrypted with HOTEL_DATA_ENCRYPTION_KEY and never shown again.
Add the webhook
Point the provider at /api/payment-providers/[providerCode]/webhook.
Test a booking
The provider appears at /book only when enabled with complete credentials.
Stripe can fall back to STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY, and STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET when STRIPE_ENABLED=true and the record has no stored credentials. If neither provider is enabled, the booking page says online payment is unavailable and staff can record payments on the folio.
