Channels

Connect an HTTP channel manager for inventory push and reservation pull.

Route: /dashboard/platform/channels. Needs canManageBookings and canManageIntegrations (hotelChannelOperations).

A Channel stores its mode in its credentials: disabled or live. Only live channels send requests.

Setup

Save a draft with saveHotelChannelDraft: name, HTTPS endpoints, allowedOrigins, and the signing secret.
Switch the channel to live.
Push inventory with pushInventoryToChannel, or pull reservations with pullReservationsFromChannel.
Retry failures with retryFailedChannelSyncs.

Every attempt is a ChannelSyncEvent. Imported reservations are ChannelReservation rows linked to bookings.

Inbound webhook

POST /api/webhooks/channel/[channelId] needs live mode, an HMAC signature header, and a signed event id used for replay protection.

Automatic sync

Workers push inventory every 15 minutes and pull reservations every 5 for live channels, with retries every 2 minutes.

Group blocks

Reserve room blocks, rooming lists, pickup, and master folios.

Guest governance and approvals

Consent, retention, identity documents, merges, and second-user approvals.
