From checkout to ready for sale.
Check out
Move the booking to checked_out. The room needs cleaning.
Schedule
On /dashboard/platform/housekeeping schedule a checkout_clean and assign it.
Inspect
Move the task to inspection_needed if the property inspects, then completed.
Report issues
Use report maintenance issue if something is broken. Take the room out with an outage if needed.
