Data model
The 40 lists, relationships, and status values.
One database holds one property. The property key the-alder-house labels audit, outbox, business-date, and night-audit rows.

Cashier shifts, receivable accounts and invoices, approvals, stay services, outages, relocations, the stay register, and governance requests are stored as HotelAuditEvent rows with an aggregateType and read through named queries.

Money
Amounts are integer minor units (totalAmountMinor, balanceDueMinor, amountMinor). Booking still carries older Float fields (totalAmount, roomRate) alongside them. Booking, ReservationLineItem, and FolioEntry deny generated create, update, and delete.
