Settings

Operator name, time zone, currency, tax rate, and the refund approval threshold.

/dashboard/platform/settings is a generic Keystone list screen for StoreSettings. The list is named StoreSettings in the schema and exposed in GraphQL as StoreSettingsItems. Its list access is tied to the canManageOnboarding flag, not to canManageSettings.

Fields

  • name: the operator name. It is the dashboard brand and the storefront header and page title. The fallback is "Openfront Tour Guide".
  • timezone, address, currencyCode (default USD).
  • taxBps: tax in basis points, applied to the amount after discount.
  • refundApprovalThresholdCents: a refund above this amount needs a manager approval. Default 10000.

There is one settings row. Onboarding creates it.

The dashboard pages Today, Calendar, and Check-in use the America/New_York time zone directly. They do not read the timezone setting. A tour's own timezone decides its start times.
