Check guests in

You need canCheckIn. A guide's role from setup has it.

1. Open /dashboard/platform/check-in. It lists today's departures.
2. Open the departure. Each booking lists its guests.
3. Read the flags: dietary notes, a medical flag, and "Waiver missing".
4. Select Check in for each guest who arrives. A missing waiver warns but does not stop check-in.
5. When every guest in a booking is checked in, the booking becomes checked_in.
6. For a booking that did not show up, select No show.

Medical notes show only to a role with canReadMedicalNotes. Viewing a manifest that includes them is written to the audit log.

After the departure ends, a manager calls closeDeparture. See Guides for what it does to payouts.
