Customers
The generic user list. Guests book without an account.
/dashboard/platform/customers is a generic Keystone list screen for User. It is the same list as the dashboard's Users model.
Guests do not need an account. A booking stores the lead booker's name, email, and phone. A signed-in user who books has the booking linked to them through customer. The storefront has no sign-in or sign-up page.
Who can see users depends on the Role flags canSeeOtherPeople and canEditOtherPeople. canManageCustomers exists as a flag but no screen or operation reads it.
Bookings, participants, and waivers contain personal data. Participant medical notes are readable only with canReadMedicalNotes.
