Guides

/dashboard/platform/guides lists up to 100 guides, ordered by name. It reads the generated guides query, so it needs canManageGuides.

Each card shows the guide's name and status, languages, pay rate (per tour or per hour), each certification with its expiry, and up to five offered or accepted assignments. A certification that expires within 30 days is highlighted.

Assignments

The page does not offer or accept assignments. Use these GraphQL operations:

• assignGuide (needs canManageGuides) offers a departure to a guide as lead, assistant, or driver. It refuses an inactive guide, a closed departure, an expired required certification, an overlapping accepted or worked assignment, and a time-off block.
• respondToAssignment lets the guide's own user, or a user with canManageGuides, move an offered assignment to accepted or declined. Acceptance re-checks overlap and certifications.

The pay for an assignment is copied when it is offered: the per-tour rate, or the hourly rate times the departure length.

Payouts

closeDeparture creates one draft GuidePayout for each accepted guide and marks the assignment worked. There is no screen for approving or paying a payout. GuidePayout has draft, approved, and paid statuses, but no operation moves it past draft.

Other lists

GuideCertification and GuideAvailability are generic lists. A guide's status is set at creation and cannot be changed by update. Availability blocks are read from the unavailable field as a list of startAt and endAt pairs. The weeklyRules field is stored but not read.
