Supplies inventory
Items, movements, and CSV imports per facility.
Needs canManageInventory. Found on the inventory tab of /dashboard/platform/operational-fabric.

Items keep quantityOnHand and quantityReserved. An adjustment must change the on-hand quantity. Every move adds an append-only InventoryMovement.
CSV import
Preview
previewInventoryImport stores an ImportBatch with the parsed result and any row errors.
Apply
applyInventoryImport applies the previewed batch at the expected version.
Roll back
rollbackInventoryImport reverses an applied batch with a reason.
Batches go previewed → applied → rolled_back, or failed.
