Register a walk-in patient

Create a patient with an MRN and consent, handling duplicates.

Search first

At /dashboard/platform/registration search existing patients.

Enter details

Fill name, date of birth, contact, and the consent decision.

Resolve duplicates

If candidates appear, choose create_new or link_existing.

Save

The patient receives an MRN. Open the chart from /dashboard/platform/patients.

Confirm a request and check the patient in

From a public request to an open encounter.

Admit, transfer, and discharge

Run an inpatient stay and release the bed.
