Actions

  • Confirm, start, complete, cancel, no-show call transitionAppointment(operationKey, appointmentId, toStatus, expectedVersion, reason, operationalNotes). A reason is recorded for cancellations.
  • Check in is the atomic arriveAppointment workflow, which creates the care queue ticket. transitionAppointment cannot check in.
  • Confirming runs a provider schedule check (appointmentScheduleConflicts) and fails if the provider is blocked or double-booked.

The page shows status counts and the queue. Each row links the patient, provider, visit type, and facility.

See Care queue and encounters for what happens after check in.
