On /dashboard/platform/clinical-fulfillment place a laboratory order for the encounter.
Collect
Record the specimen.
Result
Record the value, reference range, and abnormal flag as preliminary, then move it to final.
Correct
If wrong, use correct result. A new version supersedes the old one and the original stays in the chain.
