From a public request to an open encounter.
Confirm
On /dashboard/platform/appointments confirm the requested appointment. If the provider is blocked, the confirm fails; change the time or the schedule.
Review intake
At /dashboard/platform/intake mark the submitted form reviewed.
Check in
On the day, check the appointment in. A care queue ticket appears.
Call and open
At /dashboard/platform/care-queue call the patient, then open an encounter from the ticket.
