Run a delivery route
Build a route from packed orders, dispatch it, and close each stop.
Check capacity
On /dashboard/platform/delivery confirm the window is active and has capacity.
Build the route
Choose date, window, driver, and the packed orders for that window.
Dispatch
Set the route to in_progress. Orders become out_for_delivery.
Resolve stops
For each stop record delivered with recipient and proof, or failed or refused with a reason. Add custody and condition evidence.
Reschedule returns
For failed or refused stops, reschedule into an open window or mark returned.
Complete the route
Set the route to completed.
