Pick, pack, and finalize an order
Take an order from authorized to packed with actual weights.
Start picking
In /dashboard/platform/orders open the order and move it to picking. The payment must be authorized.
Record each line
On /dashboard/platform/fulfillment mark each line picked, short, or substituted. For weighed items enter the weight and tare.
Wait for substitution answers
Lines with an open proposal block finalization until the shopper responds.
Finalize
Press finalize. Payment is captured on the picked total. If the total is higher than the hold, the shopper is asked to authorize the difference on /order/[id].
Pack
Move the order to packed for delivery, or ready_for_pickup for curbside.
