Stage a batch
stageAccountingBatch builds a balanced batch from mappings. "Active accounting batch already exists for source".
Post and reconcile
manageAccountingBatch: queue post, record posted or failed, reconcile, lock. Statuses: staged, posting, posted, failed, reconciled, locked.
Only the operator-recorded provider is accepted. Accounting administration permission is required.
