Rosters and bookings
Per-session rosters, waitlist promotion, and attendance.
/dashboard/platform/rosters lists sessions by state (rosterSessions). /rosters/[id] shows confirmed, waitlist, and other bookings (rosterDetail).
Promote from the waitlist
promoteFromWaitlist. Cancelling a confirmed booking can also promote the next member.
Mark attendance
markClassAttendance. "Attendance can only be marked for a confirmed booking". Rows go to AttendanceRecord.
Booking itself is by the member (bookClass, cancelClassBooking). See Storefront.
