Front desk
/dashboard/platform/check-in (frontDeskWorkspace) validates the membership, then recordMemberCheckIn and checkOutMember. Methods: qr_code, rfid, manual, app.
Kiosk
Configure
Set KIOSK_API_TOKEN and KIOSK_ORGANIZATION_ID.
Unlock
Staff enter the token at /kiosk; authorizeKioskSession sets a 12-hour HttpOnly cookie.
Check in
kioskSearchMembers (2 to 100 characters), kioskRecordMemberCheckIn, or kioskRecordGuestCheckIn with an idempotency key.
Members show a QR code from /member/check-in-code that rotates every 30 seconds. It needs QR_CODE_SECRET. The QR code and kiosk record membership-based entry. They do not control doors.
