Tasks

/dashboard/platform/tasks lists open tasks ordered by due date. A row shows the title, status, type, trip, assignee, and due date, and links to the trip's Tasks tab. The page is read-only.

Task types: deposit_due, final_due, passport_expiring, commission_overdue, follow_up. Status: open, completed, cancelled.

Where tasks come from

• generatePaymentSchedule creates a deposit or final reminder seven days before each due date. Each has a key, so running it twice does not repeat it.
• recordCommissionReceipt opens a commission_overdue task when a component is short-paid.
• The seed adds reminders for its schedule rows. Reminders for dates already past are marked completed.

Nothing in the app creates passport_expiring tasks. The type exists on the list.
