Set up the agency
Create the first user, load starter data, and replace it with your own.
You need access to the repository and a PostgreSQL database. See Getting started.
Create the first user
Open /dashboard/init on an empty database. This user gets an Admin role with every flag.
Load starter data
Sign in and use the setup card in the sidebar. Pick Full agency to see every status, or Minimal for a small start.
Set a password for each seeded user
Seeded advisors and the manager have random passwords. Set a new one for each in the Users list before they sign in.
Replace the sample details
Open /dashboard/platform/settings, then edit the agency record in the generic list screen. Set your name, address, planning fee, refund threshold, and host-agency split. Replace the sample suppliers and their commission terms.
Check roles
Give each person only the flags they need. Approvals need a second person with canManageSettings.
