/dashboard/platform/settings shows the first AgencySettings record. The page is read-only. Edit the record from the generic list screen, which needs canManageSettings.

The planning fee on a trip is its own field. The default here is a starting value to copy, not a rule applied automatically.
Onboarding creates this record with the agency "Wayfarer & Co." and a 20% host split.
