Settlements
The post-show worksheet, adjustments, sign-off and artist payments.
Route: /dashboard/platform/settlements and /dashboard/platform/settlements/[id]. Needs canManageSettlements.
After the show, computeSettlement builds the worksheet from ticket sales, fees, expenses, merch and bar sales, and the offer's frozen terms. The math is in features/keystone/lib/settlement.ts and has unit tests. The computed snapshot is hashed, so later edits create a new version instead of changing the old one.

Settlement statuses are draft, reviewed, signed_promoter, signed_artist, final and void. Artist payments are a deposit or a balance, and are scheduled, paid or void.
