Calendar and holds
Route: /dashboard/platform/calendar. Needs canManageDeals.
The calendar shows each venue's dates with ranked holds. placeDateHold adds a hold at the next rank. A lower-ranked hold can challengeHold; the first hold then confirms (confirmHold) or releases (releaseDateHold). Holds move between held, challenged, confirmed and released.
Deals
Route: /dashboard/platform/deals. Needs canManageDeals.
An offer is one of four deal types:

flat_guarantee | A fixed amount |
versus | The guarantee or a percentage of net, whichever is higher |
plus | The guarantee plus a percentage above a break-even |
door_deal | A percentage of the door |
The calculator previews the payout from expected sales before anything is sent. Offers move from draft to sent, then accepted or declined, then contracted and settled; a revision supersedes the earlier version. When an offer is accepted its terms are frozen by hash, and the settlement uses those frozen terms.
