GraphQL API

The endpoint and the custom queries and mutations.

/api/graphql serves the Keystone API. Staff calls use the session cookie; the MCP transport at /api/mcp-transport/mcp accepts OAuth bearer tokens and calls the same mutations as the signed-in user.
